Declare Luna RC1 (See bug 433882 for M7 declare.) A "go" is needed from all components below to declare the release candidate. While tests are won't be finished until "this evening", Be sure to comment on failing JUnit tests, if any, including the bug number used to track it. Consider this a tentative go for PDE. I've done very basic smoke testing of the candidate build, but I will not be available to wait for the unit test results.

Ok, thanks Arun, we are complete then, except for workspace/resources ... and fear with our timing being off this week the "right people" may not be around ... so I'll check a few things and send my usual warning note to eclipse-pmc.
