Plug-in 'org.eclipse.pde.ui' contributed an invalid Menu Extension (Path: 'org.eclipse.ui.projectConfigure' is invalid): org.eclipse.pde.ui.ConvertedProjectWizard

Test Case:
1. start with new workspace
2. create a Java project
3. open context menu on that project

It is the regression introduced with the Bug 354538.

The workaround for the issue is launching the Eclipse with the '-clearPersistedState' option

We have reverted the changes for the Bug 354538 so the issue becomes invalid at this moment.

I just noticed that the Object Teams contribution to the Configure menu is also killed by this bug.

Which I-build contains the revert?
