Most UML Tools provide support for validating constraints. When importing Models/Profiles from these tools, these mechanisms shall be transformed to the Papyrus Validation Profile (ValidationRule, from the DSML Validation profile)

Initial contribution in 3f5e044 (Branch migration):

- Provide a static implementation of the DSML Validation profile (Useful for manipulating the profile from QVTo)
- Implement the transformation to ValidationRule
