Description Luke Swart CLA 2014-04-06 21:24:29 EDT
While trying to add javadocs for a project, I right click on the project and navigate `Build` > `Configure Build Path` which takes me to the "Java Build Path" "Properties for <Project_name>" menu. Under all the tabs (Source, Projects, Libraries, Order and Export), there are no projects displayed. However, when I click around the grey area, the button options to the right change, which leads me to believe that the files are present, but are not being displayed correctly.

Any help or feedback would be appreciated.

What OS and WM are you using exactly? Looks like a duplicate of bug 420771.

I am on Ubuntu 13.10, default Unity settings, on a Lenovo W520 machine.
Here is my Eclipse information:
My Version: Luna M6 Release (4.4.0M6)
Build id: 20140312-2027

Yes, I believe it is a duplicate. Thanks for pointing it out. Let me know if I can do anything further. Do you have any suggestions on how I can fix this?

You could run Eclipse in GTK+ 2 mode by setting the variable SWT_GTK3 to 0.

This is a problem with the Ubuntu Unity desktop's overlay scrollbars. You can disable them by setting the environment variable LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR to 0 before launching Eclipse. We're considering setting it to zero by default for Eclipse.

Yes, setting LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR=0 works. Thank you!
