Fetching the remote comment/username for revisions is slow and we would like to
allow the compare editor to open and fetch other information in the background.
However, currently setting the left/right/ancestor labels once the editor is
open doesn't update the labels.

Fixed released to HEAD. Clients can register an ICompareInputLabelProvider with the CompareConfiguration for their input. The ContentMergeViewer listens for label provider change events and updates the labels when an event is received.
