Description David Williams CLA 2014-03-19 10:08:37 EDT
It would be nice to have the ability to run our Platform unit tests on Windows 32 bit as well as 64 bit.

I don't think we literally need 64 bit OS's and 32 bit OS's ... though that might be "nice to have",

But if we had a 64 bit windows machine, then we'd need both a 64 bit version of Java on it, and a 32 bit version of Java on it. Then we'd run the matching version of Eclipse tests.

Would be good to have 4 VM's total, Java 7 and Java 8.

The effort to make this happen is covered by bug 427908

As per bug 427908 -- managing multiple Windows environments is not possible. We will continue to maintain the current Windows and Mac environments to support the Platform tests on the platform you decide is the best.
