Once Luna M6 has been release, we should update our contribution wiki and remove the two workaround files.

 For now you can use the workaround files (workaround1-tools.p2f, workaround2-tools.p2f) at http://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.ui.git/plain/releng/org.eclipse.ui.releng/ ... first install workaround1, restart, and then install workaround2. After Luna M6 you can use http://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.ui.git/plain/releng/org.eclipse.ui.releng/platformUiTools.p2f (make sure you use the version from R4_3_maintenance for Kepler SR2).
