Pull workaround into 4.x

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #224703 +++

Build ID: 3.4

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create projects in your workspace
2. Creating a working set "Foo" and "Bar" of type Resource and add some projects.
3. Delete working set "Foo"
4. Create working set "Foo" again and choose some projects, "Foo" wont show up.
