Pull workaround into 4.x

Build ID: 3.4

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create projects in your workspace
2. Creating a working set "Foo" and "Bar" of type Resource and add some projects.
3. Delete working set "Foo"
4. Create working set "Foo" again and choose some projects, "Foo" wont show up.
