I am taking a look at the target explorer as I investigate reusing it in our IDE. I thought I'd start with the TE only, no TCF (that may change later). I imported all of the tcf.te plug-ins except for the tcf.te.tcf ones. I ended up with a build error in tcf.te.ui.terminals which has tcf.te.tcf.locator in the list of required bundles. I removed that dependency and I don't see a compile error so it may be unused?

I'll post a patch to Gerrit.

I've disabled the repository reference to the unresponsive RXTX server. Have had added a backup last week for it but didn't noticed that the original repository reference is failing gerrit.
