We need an accessible version of the Clabel for use in our preference and 
properties pages. The only difference from the current Clabel would be the 
ability to take focus for use by screen readers.

We now have an alternative implmentation (see Bug 40559) so please feel free 
to defer this report.

Labels don't take focus so why would CLabel?

CLabel doesn't behave like labels do in current commericial screen readers - 
i.e. they are not recognised as labels and so are not read when they should be.

Honestly I don't think there is much you can do and my new solution was better 
than the one an accessible Clabel would have given us anyways. I would just 
close this report.
