No filter menu snapshop

According to the help section Papyrus Guide -> User Guide -> Symbol display placement in diagrams -> Symbol representation in compartments it should be possible to right click the node at get a Filter menu item. This is not available in Luna M4 / Nightly 2014-01-13.

See attached snapshot.

This issue actually affects many nodes. I rename the task accordingly:

No filter menu item on class node -> [All diagrams] Missing menus in diagrams

I've not been able to reproduce this issue so far, but I know some other people have experienced this issue as well.

Raise the severity to critical

I'm still not able to reproduce the issue on a clean installation of Papyrus nightly over Luna M4
Comment 3 Patrik Nandorf CLA 2014-01-22 04:45:36 EST
I've noticed that the menus work if I base the installation on Eclipse Standard 4.4 M4 Eclipse Standard 4.4 M4 package and add Papyrus from en Luna Nightly update site.

If I base it on the Eclipse Modeling Tools (M4) package it doesn't work.

This might be caused by Bug 426134, if Sirius is installed (e.g. when you install Ecore Tools/Ecore Diagram, which now depends on Sirius)
Comment 5 Patrik Nandorf CLA 2014-01-27 07:27:34 EST
Yes, installing 'Diagram Editor for Ecore' on top of a working Papyrus breaks it as it install Sirius I suppose.

However, installing Sirius Core Runtime and Sirius Runtime IDE from http://download.eclipse.org/sirius/updates/nightly/1.0.x/luna as describe in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=426134#c17 seems to solve it.
Comment 6 Patrik Nandorf CLA 2014-02-03 09:43:42 EST
Seems to work in Luna M5
Comment 7 Camille Letavernier CLA 2014-02-03 09:48:41 EST
Depends on Bug 426134, which is fixed.

I close this task
