As the number of natures is constantly growing, it becomes a common task to deal with project natures (for example turn off m2e on a project, add a JavaScript nature on a web project after it got created...).
In order to give the ability to developer to add natures to their project after it got created, there should be a page in the project porperties wizard that allow to set/unset natures.

This would be a change in UI so moving to Platform/IDE.
