In Bug 423067 we requested a few redirects to our new .html files at http://www.eclipse.org/recommenders

Denis Roy rightly noted in the discussion that we should move the files to folders and rename them to index.php so the extension doesn't appear in the URL. We should have done this from the start but unfortunately didn't. 

We have now remedied that, so our redirects need to be changed.

The current redirects (at least the ones we requested) are:
download -> download.html
features -> manual.html#completion-engines
documentation -> manual.html
support -> community.html
developers -> community.html
resources -> community.html

The changed ones should simply remove the .html extension, thus:
download -> download (This one can be removed)
features -> manual#completion-engines
documentation -> manual
support -> community
developers -> community
resources -> community
