After successfully introducing HIPP for RAP, I'd like to request a dedicated HIPP instance for EPP. This instance should get write access to the download area /technology/epp [8494(technology.packaging)].

A bit special are our disk size requirements which are much higher than in any other project, and the high I/O and bandwidth needs mostly to http://download.eclipse.org/releases/FOO.../BAR...
Here I need your advice, e.g. where to store large amounts of data, when to clean up, etc.

I've setup the EPP HIPP instance at https://hudson.eclipse.org/packaging/

Committers should be able to login and create jobs. Keep in mind that you will need to use your _email_ address  in order to login unlike on the shared instances.

I've also added the HIPP user to the EPP group so it should have access to the epp download directories now.

Let us know if you require any additional Hudson plugins to be installed as well.
