Image showing the first import is missing the name and package location

When I hover over an annotation or class that hasn't been imported at the top of the file, sometimes the Import (See screenshot, first line) doesn't include the class name or the package location.

However, if I use the light-bulb icon in the line number gutter, the expected wording does appear correctly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, even helping to assign this correctly!
