Description Markus Keller CLA 2013-10-29 08:05:37 EDT
eclipse-SDK-I20131028-2000-macosx-cocoa-x86_64, worked fine in R4.3.1

The "Show view menu" command (Command+F10, or via Quick Access) doesn't work on the Mac any more. Nothing happens when I press the shortcut. The shortcut still works fine in the text editor and in the Preferences dialog.

Not Mac-specific. Bug is in org.eclipse.ui.internal.ShowViewMenuHandler#execute(ExecutionEvent), where the

	if (child instanceof ToolBar
		&& "ViewMenu".equals(child.getData())) { //$NON-NLS-1$

test doesn't work any more. Last touched by bug 320251.

This got broken during 4.4 M3 by incomplete fix for bug 417960.

Fixed with http://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.ui.git/commit/?id=200a586899135eb0e738117e945d61394e0e4484
