Thanh, please create a test HIPP instance for the Babel project, on which I'm a committer. Just like you would any other project, no jobs.

I'll be at ECon next week, so there's no rush.

I've setup a babel instance at https://hudson.eclipse.org/babel/

No additional plugins, and project group not added to HIPP user.
