Since Maven 3.1.0 enabling "Resolve Workspace artifacts" checkbox in Launch Configuration as Maven Build has no effect anymore. Dependent opened workspace projects aren't found.

should be fixed in master. feel free to reopen if the problem still exists in latest 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT, but make sure to provide small standalone example project and exact steps to reproduce the problem.
