At the time of this writing (Eclipse 3.0 M3), as outlined in http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/platform-swt- home/faq.html#browserplatforms, the Browser widget uses IE on Windows. We don't ship a version of the Browser widget based on Mozilla on Windows. We don't support Mozilla on Windows. This said, we are testing the Mozilla binding on Linux and Windows as well - you can follow the steps below to give it a try yourself on Windows. This may be dropped in the future. - have Mozilla 1.4 installed on your machine. - set the path to include the GRE directory and the Mozilla directory (on a default install this would be: C:\Program Files\mozilla.org\Mozilla;C:\Program Files\Common Files\mozilla.org\GRE\1.4f_2003062408 ) - start Eclipse - get the org.eclipse.swt project from Eclipse.org - set the .classpath using .classpath_win32_mozilla - get the org.eclipse.swt.win32 project from Eclipse.org - you can now use the SWT Browser widget embedding Mozilla in your own projects dependent on org.eclipse.swt.

FYI: I entered bug 79213 to request official support for Mozilla on Windows. The steps in comment 0 don't work any more - the files have been removed in HEAD.
