Hudson 3.1.0 is now released. We should consider updating the Hudson image to 3.1.0 to keep it current. I'd also like to add the Dashboard View plugin as standard in the image too as several projects have requested this plugin now.
I'd suggest we sandbox it, test it and make sure there are no regressions before rolling this out to projects. My goal for HIPP is to provide a stable environment for project builds. Staying up-to-date will happen naturally as newer versions of Hudson will provide features our projects want to use.

My thinking is that we don't upgrade projects that already have HIPP. However projects that don't have HIPP instance already could give it a try.

I created a new hudson image for 3.1.0 and placed it in hipp images. Still needs testing more thorough testing but at first glance seems to work and all the default plugins appear to have upgraded ok as well. I plan to test this with CBI HIPP when I get a chance. Upgrade steps I used were: 1. Download hudson-3.1.0.war 2. Replace symlink for hudson.war with new war 3. Startup Hudson 4. Upgrade all Plugins with available updates 5. Restart Hudson I made some modifications which likely needs an update to our internal scripts though. I will open a separate bug for that. - no longer include hudson.war with image - xvnc plugin no longer has base display number, instead it's min/max
