Take a perspective, minimize a stack and open it by clicking on a view icon.

Reset the perspective...you end up with a grey box left over from the open minimized stack...

We should be at least closing any open trim stacks before doing the reset.

This is not a regression (as I'd first thought), it's been there since at least Kepler.

Closes the hostPane if the TrimStack's TB gets disposed. The other changes are because the previous way we got the shell's client area relied on the trimStackTB not being disposed...
