The update-site built by https://hudson.eclipse.org/sirius/job/sirius-master/ for Kepler (at least) should be automatically promoted in a publicly available area on download.eclipse.org as a nightly build. See http://wiki.eclipse.org/IT_Infrastructure_Doc#Downloads
From https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=416836#c9: "Yes the servers are configured to have the same mount points. Downloads is at /home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/"
Done with a simple "cp" for now (not enough as it does not remove the previous version's JARs). Only the helios variant is promoted. The result is available at http://download.eclipse.org/sirius/updates/nightly/0.1/ I leave the ticket open until a better solution is implemented, but at least we have a build which can be consumed downstream now.
When we depend on Sirius, it may be handy to allow to target the last nightly build without notion of release 0.x. In deed, http://download.eclipse.org/sirius/updates/nightly/0.9 means when the 0.9 is out, a related nightly build project need to update it own build manually to http://download.eclipse.org/sirius/updates/nightly/1.0. It could be avoid with a http://download.eclipse.org/sirius/updates/nightly/ URI.
A more general solution is being worked on in bug 422069. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 422069 ***
