Since Juno and also in Kepler, the context menu that appears when pressing ALT + SHIFT + X (D for debug) appears, but will not execute the action on the next keypress.

To reproduce.
Create simple Java application with main method
With the file editor in focus, press ALT + SHIFT + X
When the context menu appears, press J for Java application
Context menu disappears and nothing runs.

Same for debug.
