The most recent I-build, I20130910-2000, there is some noise being introduced by two pom files being "exported". The comparator report,

show's two entries where "the pom.xml file changed". pom.xml files are not used in the computation of qualifier ... BUT ... they should also not be "in the bundle" to show up as different. 

This is usually caused by specifying *.xml in "files to export" in build.properties file. 

You'll have to be more specific to avoid exporting the pom.xml and avoiding the noise. (Of course, I could ignore such things automatically in the report, but, we don't want to export pom.xml files anyway, so I'd prefer if "fixed", rather than swept under the rug.)
