The CompatibilityMetaStore.deleteWorkspace() test fails since when you delete a workspace, the workspace id is left in the list of workspaces contained in the UserInfo.

I overrode this test in CompatibilityMetaStoreTests since this class is going away, but I am going to quickly update CompatibilityMetaStore any so it passes all the MetaStoreTests and I have one set of tests.
