Posts Posted on the Forum occur in the newsgroups but not the forum itself.
(see tmf newsgroups for an example)

FWIW, this happens on the odd occasion when our database slaves are lagged, or communication was interrupted and they run behind.  I caught the error and fixed it, which brought everything up to date.
