The manifest builder generates invalid warnings whenever a workspace-relative 
URL is included in the manifest.  For example:

icon="platform:/plugin/<projectName>/icons/full/obj16/<SomeGIF>.gif"

will generate a warning even though the GIF exists in the appropriate location.
