I have a domain whose primary web site is http://www.domainname.com. The content for this site is rooted at /html. 

The domain has several subdomains, such as http://subdomain.domainname.com. The content for a subdomain site is rooted at /html/subdomain.

The only way to SFTP import the primary domain into Orion is to specify /html, which unfortunately also imports all of the subdomains /html/subdomain.

There is also "other folders" under the root, such as /html/stats and /html/uploads that I also do not want imported into Orion.

We need to support folders to exclude these folders and only import the site content from the primary web site.
