Windows XP

In a dual monitor setup (single display spans horizontally over two screens),
when an editor tool tip is invoked at the right border of the first monitor, the
tooltip exceeds over to the second monitor, and is hard to read.
Native tooltips don't have this behaviour, they keep tooltips on a single monitor.

Display.getMonitors can be used to detect this case.
