This is a "continuation" of bug 409790. The following bundles are the ones I have questions about: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.sar org.eclipse.equinox.p2.tests org.eclipse.equinox.p2.tests.optimizers org.eclipse.equinox.p2.ui.admin.rcp They either specify 1.4 as their highest BREE (or, their only BREE in one case), yet they all "point to" p2-parent, which forces an execution environment of 1.5. Ether the BREE should be increased to 1.5, or an "override" specified in the POM of these 4 bundles so that for that bundle the execution environment is 1.4 -- if that is what is desired.
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. -- The automated Eclipse Genie.
