The bundle version in 'org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench' and 'org.eclipse.ui.workbench' was not updated correctly.

For bug fixes in the main/master branch, one must increase by 100 not 1. See http://wiki.eclipse.org/Version_Numbering for more info.
