JSONSchemaGenerator checks the JAXBContext's properties map for the value of the JSON_INCLUDE_ROOT property which means if not set it assumes false but the default value for JSON_INCLUDE_ROOT on our Marshaller and Unmarshaller is True so this needs to be reworked.
