I have 3 files: di, notation and uml. I made changes in each one regarding the previous Git revision.

When I do a compare with HEAD, the logical model resolution is not called and only the file under comparison is loaded. E.g., when i ask for a compare with from the notation file, it does not compare the uml file.

If i add *.notation and *.di in the XMI content, everything is fine.

Fixed in EGit
