After renaming a package using the refactor tool, the saved run configurations
still have a reference to the old class (package) names and so throw a
ClassNotFound exception. You have to manually update these definitions or delete
the old configuration and create a new one.

Move to JDT/Debug. This is an update that needs to be done in the saved
configuration.
