Some branding items from the original Eclipse SDK are till missing:
- The default perspective is "PDE" but should be "Java"
- The CSS/Styling of help contents is lame (visible when you Help > Contents,
  then click on "Platform plug-in developer guide"
- Capabilities can filter the UI, but not the help contents

The same addition of .css files may also be needed for other packages.
