I use the checkstyle plug-in for eclipse and even on the small number of 
projects that I have open (5-6) it creates 25,000 problems in the problems 
view. Now my if my filter is set to "on selected resource and its childer" it 
creates a problem because I have to wait for the view to sort and filter all 
25,000 tasks. This takes about a minute. It would be nice if this was done in 
the background and the progress view was used to display the progress.

Fixed in the patch to bug 44443

These bugs were modified after M1 had shipped.  I'm attaching them to the 3.1 
M2 milestone so that they are picked up for the test pass.  If they were fixed 
earlier, please feel free to remove the target milestone.
