There are 4 bundles in tonight's comparator log, that say 

 org/osgi/service/event/package-info.class: present in baseline only

eclipse.platform.ui/bundles/org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench
eclipse.platform.ui/bundles/org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench.swt
eclipse.platform.ui/bundles/org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench.renderers.swt
eclipse.platform.ui/bundles/org.eclipse.ui.workbench

This is actually caused by your bad luck to have modified you bundle while another bug was present ... see bug 407623.

So, to "get current" and NOT include that stray class in distribution, you will 
need to "touch" those bundles. I suggest doing so before RC1. Not sure if you have other changes planned in next few days ... but, if not, suggest the familiar "manual" touch.
