Patch for one refence to mamacdon.github.com in orionode

Just filing this for the benefit of others looking for information.

With old plugins still present from http://mamacdon.github.com in a locally hosted orionode installation functionality is broken now.

The javascript console reveals the issue:

Unable to post message to http://mamacdon.github.com. Recipient has origin http://mamacdon.github.io.

The solution is to uninstall these plugins and install them from their new location, http://mamacdon.github.io

Adrian, can you post a comment here confirming that you wrote the code in the patch, and that you have the right to contribute it to Orion under the EDL+EPL?
