Project to reproduce

Changes in Data Sets are not used until the project gets refreshed, e.g. if I change the data for a replace text ubm from 1 to 2 the new value is not used in the next test run. You can reproduce this behavior using the attached project. Simply change the wait value from 1000 to 0 and the replace value from 1 to 2, save the SA TC and start the New Test Suite without refreshing the project.
I´m marking this as critical because there is a simple workaround but it gets annoying.

Is this perhaps a duplicate of 399729 and / or 399726?
