Bugs that have been backported:

* bug 404711: TaskAttachmentPartSource.createInputStream() swallows source exception
* bug 404857: all jobs should support running in the background without user interaction
* bug 404953: no attribute editor for type long
* bug 405019: backport Textile fix for line breaks for 1.7.4

A release candidate build is available here: http://download.eclipse.org/mylyn/drops/3.8.4/v20130405-0200/. The osuosl mirror isn't synced up, yet, so p2 installs may still fail.
