Currently, the commands that our Miners don't handle are being spirited and removed. But there are some generic commands that still needs to remain alive. Handle this appropriately.

Applied to ptp_6_0 and master.

Updated the fix.  There was a problem with it returning status of done in the spawner miner right away for spawned commands, which caused output of remote builds to be lost.
