Description Ruud Laan CLA 2013-03-25 04:20:08 EDT
Wen making a typo I try to recover from that by using backspace. My current version however then clears the entire line (only visually) so i must guess what is actually entered.
I can get the line back into view through a serie of perspective switching

I have the same issue. The line reappears when I clear the screen with Ctrl + L, but I loose context because the rest of screen is cleared.

I think you are running into https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=401386

Try Help > Install New Software:
   http://download.eclipse.org/tm/updates/3.5milestones
and pick the TM Terminal.
Comment 3 Ruud Laan CLA 2013-03-26 04:16:41 EDT
Hi Martin,

It worked!

I tried upgrading to the 3.5milestones version, TM Terminal only, but ran into dependency problems, so I went for the full upgrade together with the RSE runtime.

Both updated normally and after that my terminal worked as normal.

Thanks!

Thanks, let's mark this as a dup then.
I'll need to make sure that the Terminal fix gets published on an SR2 public repo.
