Wile working the kinks out of bug 403258 I found that our reference extractor does not work well with anonymous and local types found in inner types. Also our type structure builder has problems computing the correct enclosing type for anonymous and local types in inner types and also has problems computing the correct enclosing method for local types in inner types.

See bug 403258 comment #6 for a code snippet / steps that produces the problem.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
