In the main Eclipse view the shortcuts aka CMD+C or CMD+X work. But when moving a tab outside eclipse, the shortcuts will usually not work in this new tab.

Have tested this also on a friends MacOS and it's the same.

This started happening with Eclipse 4.2.2. Before it was ok

Do you have the problem in detached views as well, or only in a detached editor?
