The "Keys Preferences" dialog/page is wider than my MacBook Pro's screen (Resolution: 1440 x 900). There is no apparent reason why the layout is demanding > 1600 pixels in width.  Resizing the preferences page to fit the screen puts the "Apply" button off to the right such that I have to scroll to reach it. I don't remember this being the case in Eclipse 3.8 and earlier.

I just checked the situation in 3.7.2 (Indigo) and the width is just fine -- just as I remembered it to be, and as shown in the accompanying attached PNG. (The image info is composited on top of the screenshot of the preferences page.)

The width of the "When:" combo was not restricted, so if you have a long entry there, the page can become very wide.

Fixed in NewKeysPreferencePage#createDataControls(Composite) and also fixed a few other layout issues from bug 226476:
