ReplaceAll Function

This patch adds a new function to Jubula. The function replaces every occurence of a pattern in a String with another String.

@Jan:

* Please choose a better name for the bundle (like o.e.j.functions.stringreplace)
* Use a valid error message id (add one to the MessageIDs class)
* Provide a descriptive error text when the function fails (take AbstractFunctionEvaluator#validateParamCount as an example)
