Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Preferences > Java > Installed JREs
2. Add new JRE
3. Open Open Preferences > Java > Installed JREs > Execution Environments (EE)
4. Select an EE which should show the newly added JRE

To see the new JRE in EE you need to OK the Preferences dialog, open the dialog again
and then you can select the new JRE in EE
