As discussed recently on the epp-dev mailing list, we should increase the required Java version from 1.5 to 1.6 in all Kepler EPP packages:

1.6 may seem to be very low for some people, because it is already in its end-of-public-updates stage, but EPP should be very conservative in its settings.

Pushed to master with commit 2253a27ca6c248e0f15f024575f9705460d02568

This update includes both, the VM argument -Dosgi.requiredJavaVersion=1.6 in the eclipse.ini, and the adjustments in the branding plug-ins.
