progressbarlabel

Reproduce Steps:

1. Create a wizard dialog and add two wizard dialog pages.

2. In the wizard dialog page one, try to run a job which has the progress monitor , the progress monitor should have a label.

3. Turn on your JAWS and tab the focus to the progress bar

4. Found the JAWS does not read the progress bar label.

I remember seeing this previously, and I thought the discussion at the time was that reading the label of the progress bar was not actually expected behavior on the platform. Unfortunately, we've lost our accessibility lead so I don't know if that is actually true, or whether I misremember.
