As part of working through the issues in bug 400482, we noticed that some workspace resources associated with a project are left behind when the project is deleted.

- the workspace.Projects json still contains lists of projects
- projects are not deleting the drives they created.  We need to check the client side workflow here.  The UI is to connect (which adds a drive) and disconnect (which deletes it).  What happens if the user never disconnects, or deletes the project without disconnecting.  Or if the connect fails somewhere along the line such that the workspace still has it.

As part of this bug we should also decide what to do about the "automatic project folder" that gets created on behalf of a project and whether that is being deleted.
